Stephanie began her CrossFit training in 2011 shortly moving to the area. She was ready to breakout of her sedentary lifestyle and form new a healthy lifestyle focused around fitness and nutrition.  After losing 90 lbs through following CrossFit programming Stephanie is able to easily relate to people who are just beginning their CrossFit journey.  She wholeheartedly believes that everyone has an inner athlete just waiting to be inspired and loves to help people live their lives to the fullest and accomplish things they never thought possible.

Jenna Strzelecki, Owner

Jenna began her CrossFit training in early Spring of 2010 and immediately fell in love with community along with the physical and mental challenges CrossFit had to offer. CrossFit has helped change Jenna’s outlook on fitness and has given her a fitness regimen that is exciting, varied, and challenges her every day. Jenna believes that CrossFit helps people of all ages and abilities not only reach their fitness goals, but accomplish much more than they ever thought they were capable of.

Kayla’s love for CrossFit started in March 2012 when she had decided that being overweight and unhealthy was no longer a lifestyle she wanted to live. Although terrified to walk through the garage doors for her first WOD, she quickly realized she was right where she was supposed to be and the gym immediately became her second home. She thrives on the intensity and challenge from every workout. Kayla is passionate about helping others learn to lead a healthier lifestyle and teaching them everything she has learned during her journey.

Samee fell in love with CrossFit when she moved to northeastern Pennsylvania from Ohio. A former collegiate level tennis player Samee loves competition, teamwork and progress. CrossFit combines all those elements into the sport of fitness.  Samee credits CrossFit programming and training to aiding in her speedy recovery from an ACL tear a little over a year ago. She loves seeing athletes push themselves beyond what they thought they were capable of.

Pete began CrossFit training in January 2017, while living in Philadelphia. A former three-sport athlete in high school, Pete was initially drawn to the competitive nature of CrossFit.  However, the close-knit community is really what got him hooked.  He especially enjoys the variety of workouts CrossFit has to offer. Pete is passionate about helping others meet their fitness goals and pushing athletes to overcome obstacles both inside and outside of the gym.

Mairin’s first Crossfit class was in 2012 at the age of 14. Being a former ballet dancer, Crossfit offered a new and exciting form of fitness that she was immediately drawn to. Shortly after joining, she realized the challenging workouts coupled with the amazingly motivating community made the CrossFit class best part of her day. She strives to make it the best part of everyone’s day and to help everyone be the best and most fit versions of themselves.
