WHAT DOES CROSSFIT KIDS TEACH?

 
CrossFit Kids uses a combination of skill training, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children. The classes will include gymnastics elements, weightlifting, and cardiovascular conditioning.

We will focus on the 10 General Physical Skills of: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. These skills will help your child to build a strong foundation to learn and succeed in any sport they choose to pursue.

Kids CrossFit Junior Athletes are not eligible for the

FREE month trial.


All members fees are non-refundable.


The goal of the CrossFit Anthracite Kids program is develop and improve the general physical fitness of our junior athletes. We will prepare your kids to be safe in sports (and life in general). The physical demands of the class are challenging but the overall focus of the Kids program is fun.
